The Director, Talent & Organizational Development plans, directs, and executes short-and long-term talent management and organizational development strategies to ensure the Society has the required capabilities and strategies to meet current and emerging needs. Provides strategic insights that translate into increased organizational effectiveness to support the achievement of established organizational and department goals.
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and in-depth talent management and organizational development expertise.
