Do you want to advance racial and economic justice while tackling climate change? Join an innovative young nonprofit organization, All In Energy, working to expand access to climate solutions and green jobs across the Commonwealth. Our mission is to accelerate an inclusive clean energy economy. We work hand-in-hand with cities and local community organizations to connect communities of color, non-English speakers, and renters/landlords to energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy. These programs help families save money, make their homes healthier, and combat climate change.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator with 1–2 years of professional experience to manage community-led energy program implementation across Massachusetts. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our programs deliver high-quality experiences for target communities and partners while advancing internal systems and external partnerships. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to drive projects forward independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Program Implementation and Vendor Relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and Improve Customer Pathways:
      • Design and implement accessible and inclusive phone and web intake, screening, and referral systems to create smooth and welcoming customer experiences
      • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from pre-project analysis and pathway design to feedback collection and process optimization.
      • Use integrated phone systems to develop and enhance call flows, helping customers easily connect with the right resources
      • Look for opportunities to improve processes thoughtfully and collaboratively, focusing on customer needs and overall program goals
    • Collaborate Across Teams:
      • Work closely with internal teams, including Data, Customer Action, and Communications teams to develop and execute cohesive plans that meet program goals
      • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams to keep projects moving forward on time and within scope
      • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges to propose solutions that can enhance team effectiveness and program outcomes
      • Support the Customer Action team and other end-users by developing knowledge of the Salesforce process and assisting with related needs as required
      • Support a culture of continuous learning by incorporating diverse perspectives into process improvements
    • Build and Support Vendor and Partner Relationships:
      • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement energy-related programs by coordinating appointment-setting, improving accessibility, and resolving operational challenges to ensure renters, landlords, non-English speakers, and low-to-moderate-income households are well-supported
      • Respond quickly to support requests from community members and partners, resolving issues with the CRM and related tools to ensure seamless access and usability
      • Build trust and foster accountability in partner relationships through clear and consistent communication
    • Organize Resources and Documentation
      • Maintain well-organized documentation systems to ensure accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders
      • Create and implement strategies for tracking and managing shared resources across teams to enhance efficiency
      • Regularly review and update referral reports to identify trends and insights that can inform program improvements

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar role
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting
    • Passion for systems thinking and designing efficient workflows
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration

We encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply even if they don’t meet all listed qualifications. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to an inclusive environment.
