Social Worker - Bilingual

SUMMARY:

We have an immediate opening for a bilingual foster care/adoption Social Worker who will provide clinical case management, provide training and support to families as they prepare to become foster and adoptive parents. The Social Worker will facilitate the matching, placement, and finalization process for children and families. The Social Worker will provide all services in both Spanish and English.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MSW or related master's degree required. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience with youth in the foster care system; knowledge of and experience with providing permanency services; ability to effectively communicate with other professionals; commitment to finding permanency for older youth. Skills and experience working in multicultural settings. Position will involve evening and weekend work. Must have own car and vehicle insurance. Must be committed to the mission of Family Builders.
