About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Creative Education Programs Manager to help design and implement engaging, holistic educational programs for children. This role requires someone who values service and innovation in education and is eager to contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and refine creative learning programs that integrate art, storytelling, movement, and experiential learning.
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Prepare and facilitate online learning sessions tailored to different age groups.
- Program Coordination: Oversee the structure and execution of education programs, ensuring alignment with Obu Lamu’s values and goals.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with families and local partners to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track students' progress and provide feedback to improve the curriculum.
Who We're Looking For
- Background in Special Needs Education.
- Atleast three years experience in teaching and curriculum design
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for alternative, experiential education.

Location: Hybrid with volunteer allowance to cater for transport and meals.
Duration: 2-month volunteer period, followed by structured training on a hybrid arrangement and potential employment.
