    Tri City Health Partnership is a dedicated, non-profit organization committed to providing medical and dental care to uninsured and underinsured residents in Central Kane County. Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle in an environment of mutual respect, and everything we provide for TCHP patients is completely free to the patient. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in making a positive impact on the lives of people in need.

    We are seeking a dynamic and professional Resource Development Manager to lead the fundraising and marketing operations at Tri City Health Partnership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nonprofit organizations, fundraising, health care, and community service. They must have strong fundraising, excellent communication, exceptional organizational, and effective people skills. As the Resource Development Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director on fundraising and marketing strategy design and implementation for all levels of outreach: from acquisition and awareness campaigns through to major and planned giving programs. You will also engage with the Board of Directors and the Resource Development Committee on events and volunteer recruitment and retention.

    The Resource Development Manager reports to the Executive Director and oversees one full time Grant Writer.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Fundraising and marketing strategy development.
    • Collaborate with internal team and volunteers to identify funding priorities and create budgets with narratives to support both individual giving and grant initiatives.
    • Plan and implement fundraising and marketing activities, events and programs to achieve TCHP’s development and awareness goals.
    • Represent TCHP at community events.
    • Manage fundraising and marketing events, in collaboration with the Executive Director, including major gifts, special campaigns, special projects, etc.
    • Oversee donor relationship cultivation and stewardship.
    • Lead and support fundraising staff team members, currently one full time Grant Writer.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of development and fundraising best practices.
    • Proven experience developing and managing relationships with donors, volunteers, sponsors and other partners.
    • Excellent communication skills - presentations, writing, and in 1:1 communications.
    • At least 1-year experience with a fundraising database software, preferably DonorPerfect.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Commitment to the mission and values of Tri City Health Partnership.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CFRE preferred.
