ProGeorgia seeks a leader to join the team as its Finance Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with ProGeorgia’s staff to establish sound financial strategies that align with the organization’s strategic goals and support the needs of the table partners. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, fund allocation, and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage relationships with donors and third-party financial institutions, and streamline financial processes.
In addition, the Finance Manager will develop and implement financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency, maintain fiscal integrity, and support long-term sustainability. They will work to establish clear financial policies and procedures, lead financial planning initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to support decision-making. This role will be key in maintaining transparency, driving financial success, and contributing to the overall strategic vision of ProGeorgia.

The position is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and requires working a remote schedule with some required travel (20%).

COMPENSATION: Competitive salary is up to $125,000 based on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
