Nível de Proficiência do Idioma
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 0-2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields.
Special events experience for a nonprofit a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with fundraising CRM systems (e.g., Neon, Salesforce, Blackbaud) are pluses.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the organization’s mission and willingness to learn.
Proficient in Social Media.
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
