Position Summary: Professional Advancement is under the umbrella of Leadership Development Opportunities and is led
by the Director of Leadership Development Opportunities. The Assistant Director of Professional Advancement is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving Prep for Prep's Summer Internship Program, focusing on college students. The Assistant Director of Professional Advancement reports to the Director of Professional Advancement.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, these primary areas:
Summer Internship Program (SIP) and Early Career
Event Management and Strategic Partnerships
Program Evaluation and Reporting

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
