Position Description
We are seeking an exceptional Meeting & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for event planning and a talent for flawless execution. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and a flair for event production. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication abilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, Membership and Public Engagement, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing InterAction’s impact through well-executed events and engagement opportunities.

This is a full-time position based in Washington D.C. InterAction maintains a hybrid work environment and employees are eligible to telework three days a week and work in the office two days a week. There is an expectation that employees will be based in the Washington D.C. region.

Compensation
The salary range is $60,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with skills and experience.
InterAction offers three CareFirst medical insurance plans and an excellent benefits package. Available plans include an HMO, Point of Service and PPO option. The HMO plan is 100% employer paid for employees at all coverage levels.

Domestic travel: one to two times a year
