Website Coordinator

Membership organization seeking experienced coder to support Sr. Manager, Website & Database on a part-time contract basis through March 30, 2025.

Tasks may include, but not be limited to, webpage designs and updates, and troubleshooting website and server issues.

Completely remote work supporting staff in U.S. Eastern and Pacific time zones. Eastern or Central time zone preferred. Workload will vary depending on volume of website update requests but is estimated for 10-15 hours per week, with daily availability, Monday-Friday.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3+ years experience
• CSS, JavaScript & HTML skills. Should be able to build a website page using our site's CSS and basic HTML without supervision.
• CMS Proficiency: Previous experience managing posts & pages on any CMS.
• Analytical and quick thinker. Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues reported by end-user.
• Customer Service: Previous experience working on customer support role. Ability to communicate with members and staff with varying comfort levels with technology
• Basic Monday.com experience.
