    Re:wild is searching for a Marketing Associate with strong web and graphic design skills, with proficient writing capabilities a plus to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Re:wild’s web properties, maintaining a marketing editorial calendar, and creating captivating designs and presentations aligned with Re:wild’s brand guidelines. This position will also help manage Re:wild’s photo and video asset library. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and collaborate with both conservation and marketing/communications professionals.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the development, publishing, and maintenance of content on Re:wild’s main website and other web properties, leveraging a content calendar for keeping the website up to date, accurate and attractive to new and returning visitors
    • Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
    • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, broken links, and technical problems
    • Optimize web content for search engines (SEO) and ensure the website is mobile-friendly.
    • Conduct routine website updates, such as software updates, security patches, and adding new content
    • Assist in the creation of landing pages, blog posts, and other web-based content
    • Ensure the website is compliant with web accessibility standards and industry best practices
    • Support in the implementation of website enhancements, including UI/UX improvements and new features
    • Provide general technical support to internal teams for web-related queries and issues.
    • Produce creative graphic designs that convey intended messages to targeted audiences through graphics for web, email campaigns, and social media
    • Create presentations based on Re:wild’s brand guidelines for use with external partners
    • Manage Re:wild’s asset library to keep photography, videos, and illustrations organized and ready to use properly
    • Contribute to the ongoing strategies and activities of the Marketing and Communications team

    Qualifications/Competencies

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience that provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices.
    • Must have digital design experience specific to websites. Knowledge of and experience using Wordpress is required. Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO best practices, CSS & HTML, and AirTable is highly desirable.
    • Must have good writing and editing skills, as well as project management experience
    • Knowledge of and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) as well as Canva is required.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with program staff, as well as external partners (conservation partners, corporate partners, influencers, and event organizers).
    • Ability to provide professional design critiques to both colleagues and clients.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • This is a full-time, exempt position.
    • Projected salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 with the final determination to be made commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
    • Re:wild provides medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance, with Re:wild covering 80% or more of the premiums. Re:wild also offers a 403b retirement plan with up to 3% match after a year of employment.
    • Re:wild observes 16 paid holidays each calendar year. Full-time employees can also accrue the following annually: up to 15 days of vacation leave, 12 days of illness leave and 2 volunteer days.
