POSITION SUMMARY
This position is funded through the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund. Latino Network’s Active Transportation Outreach [ATO] project will elevate community and the trust we have built through our work, to reduce carbon emissions through various initiatives, including access to public transit, bike distribution, and educational workshops. This position requires excellent follow-through, great attention to detail, strong writing skills, and excellent communication through one-on-one meetings, phone, email, and group communication with Latino Network community partners, staff, and program participants. The person serving in this position must have facilitation, budgetary, and program management experience and be able to guide conversations clearly in English and Spanish.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Latino Network is a highly engaged work environment with satellite operations and positions performing work both onsite and remotely. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
