Position Overview:
The National Immigration Project seeks a senior staff attorney to join our team. The senior staff attorney will primarily focus on developing and working on litigation and legal advocacy to support movement and community partners. The attorney may also provide technical assistance, training, written resources, and other support to members and partners in their areas of expertise. The attorney will be a key part of our programs team and will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that organizational and movement goals are advanced. Deep expertise in immigration law and the immigration system as well as significant federal litigation experience will be required for this role.

Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, retirement, and generous vacation and leave time. This is a full-time exempt union position. All National Immigration Project union staff are represented by the National Organization of Legal Services Workers (NOLSW), UAW Local 2320, AFL-CIO. This position is fully remote, though occasional travel is required for in-person meetings.
