CLIMATE RESILIENCE MANAGER:
The Climate Resilience Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives to advance climate mitigation and adaptation. This role combines knowledge and experience in sustainability with a deep commitment to addressing social, economic, and racial disparities exacerbated by climate change. The Program Manager works with diverse stakeholders, including community groups, government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners, to design and deliver programs that reduce vulnerability to climate impacts while promoting inclusive, equitable solutions. They will develop programs to support the organization's strategic direction and create and manage long-term goals. The Climate Resilience Manager will report to the Senior Director of Climate Resilience and supervise the Climate Resilience Coordinator.

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
