POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Grants and Programs as part of the Grants Department, the Grants Officer II plays a pivotal role in community engagement and the development and implementation of a new community-based, grantmaking and capacity building program focused on organizations serving constituents from underserved and marginalized communities such as Black, Latino/a/e, Indigenous and Native American, Asian/Asian-American, Pacific Islander, and other communities across the Greater Hartford region.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

CTH’s workday is 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with room for flexibility in employee schedules. The Grants Officer II will work both remotely and onsite, at least 3 days a week either at CTH’s Middletown office or with constituent organizations in the Greater Hartford area.
