Florida Access Network advocates for reproductive justice, funds abortion care, and provides logistical support to people experiencing barriers to accessing reproductive care in Florida. We’re working to create a network of grassroots and grasstops organizations across the State of Florida to increase access to abortion care and strengthen reproductive justice for every body.
The Position
Florida Access Network is on the lookout for a Digital Organizer to join the Community Engagement team. This individual is a storyteller, strategic thinker, and a skilled communicator, project manager, collaborator, and writer. They should be capable of working independently, crafting content in various formats, and using visual storytelling tools like Canva. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to reproductive, social, economic, and racial justice, with knowledge of abortion issues. Experience with abortion funds is a plus. This role is within the Community Engagement Department and reports to the Community Engagement Manager.

What else You Should Know
This position is full-time, remote, based in Florida, and requires 3-5 days of travel quarterly for staff-wide meetings, events, or professional development opportunities within Florida. The employee must work a variety of hours, including daytime, some weekends, and evenings, with written notice from their supervisor. FAN employees work a 32-hour work week .
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.FAN currently offers its employees the option to participate in a full range of benefits, including a health care program that includes 50% employee-sponsored medical, dental, and vision for themselves and dependents, paid vacation time, sick time, COVID sick time, paid parental leave, paid federal holidays, mental health days and an organization-wide 2-week end of year closure. Other benefits include coverage of abortion care, non-merit-based yearly pay increases, and a monthly self-care stipend. Only candidates already living in Florida are eligible; no relocation support is available.
