From performance marathons to Fellowships for Black and arts workers of color, from fundraising to entrepreneurial regrants, The Field has been a go-to home for thousands of artists since 1986. Now in its 39th year, The Field is building a nationwide community that connects, empowers, and elevates artists and arts organizations. Through the prioritization of sustainable careers, advancing equity for historically marginalized groups, and promoting financial empowerment, we are laying the groundwork for a world where artists thrive abundantly and holistically in every area of their lives.
We are seeking a remote part-time Artist Services Associate to assist the Director of Artist Services in providing essential support to its Sponsored Artists and Artist Members. This position requires previous experience in non-profit arts administration, fiscal sponsorship, as well as knowledge of the contemporary arts ecosystem across all disciplines.
