    Are you mission-driven and interested in working to support animal welfare? The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL), one of New England’s leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a full-time Development Assistant to join our organization. This position is based out of our Dedham location.

    What you will do:

    Use your skills to make a difference by becoming a part of one of the best and oldest animal welfare organizations! Here’s how:

    • Conduct research to assist the Development Officers to identify and assess donors and potential donors;
    • Provide logistical and administrative support during special events and appeals;
    • Collaborate effectively with the entire Development department to create an environment that fosters and encourages philanthropy and advancement;
    • Help us continue to learn and grow as a team of development professionals who work hard to ensure ARL continues to provide the best care for animals in need!
