Position Overview

This position is a safety‐sensitive position. As a result, throughout employment this position will be subject to the Employee Mandatory Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy.
The educator in this position will report to the NAF Academy of Health Sciences Director and school Principal.

Qualifications
The Nurse Educator will be responsible for teaching and coordinating the CNA course/program as well as overseeing the students’ clinical laboratory and practicum hours. The nurse educator will also handle other administrative duties as described by the District of Columbia Board of Nursing. The position will be renewed annually.
