    At The Social Change Nest we're radically transforming the funding landscape to strengthen civil society. We remove financial and administrative barriers for communities, grassroots groups, and informal movements, enabling them to access funding and focus on their core mission. We also work closely with funders, providing Grant Distribution and Fund Management services to support social action with confidence and transparency.

    Your Role

    As the Partnerships Manager you'll work closely with funders and grantees to help distribute grants across the UK and globally.

    • Lead the delivery of our Grant Distribution service, including managing an international grant distribution contract.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about deliverables, timelines, and progress.
    • Coordinate due diligence, grant agreements, and onboarding for grantees.
    • Manage relationships with funding partners and identify new opportunities.
    • Track financial transactions and ensure accurate records in collaboration with the Finance Officer.
    • Collaborate with The Social Change Nest team to improve systems and align services.
    • Manage and mentor the Programmes Assistant (Grant Distribution).

    Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays. We close the office in the days between Christmas and New Years – this time is paid for all staff and is in addition to your annual leave entitlement.

    Employer pension contribution: We offer a 3% employer pension contribution, that you will auto enrol for after 3 months of employment with SCA.
