    Position Title: Program Director Community Health Services

    Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking an experienced public health management professional to join our team as a Program Director of Community Health Services! This role involves administering and overseeing programs to promote healthy pregnancy and birth outcomes, infant well-being, and parent-child education through various case management programs. These services are provided throughout our service areas in Washington and Oregon.

    In this role, you'll drive strategic planning, program development, and technology implementation, all while overseeing the growth and development of our dedicated staff. Your expertise in program management and strong communication skills will shine as you collaborate with executive leadership, manage budgets, foster community partnerships, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Your ability to navigate diverse populations, coupled with strategic thinking and leadership, will make an impact on our organization's mission to provide exceptional health services to underserved communities.

    This position is located in Yakima County, in central Washington State. We're interested in all qualified applicants, including those who reside outside the Yakima Valley who are open to relocating. Relocation allowance is available.

    We are looking for someone who has:

    • A passion to service high need pregnant and parenting families
    • Proven experience in grant and contract management
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with stakeholders
    • Experience working in a FQHC or medical setting with underserved populations is preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
    • Proficiency in systems development and technology implementation (EPIC, Oracle, and Tableau)
    • Ability to build collaborative partnerships internally and externally

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and oversee programs focused on healthy pregnancy, birth outcomes, infant well-being, and parent-child education.
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct organizational-wide program management, including analysis, strategic planning, goal setting, systems development, and technology implementation.
    • Provide information and advice to higher-level management on program components.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • If you have a BSN, you must have a current RN license for OR & WA
    • Five years of program management and supervisory experience is required
