Summary: Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support primarily to the Vice President and occasionally to other leadership of Institutional Advancement at Temple University. Under the direction of the Vice President and senior management, performs a variety of complex administrative functions within a fast-paced environment. Develops programs and systems to manage daily activities for the office of the Vice President. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling and maintaining calendars of meetings, events, and appointments with shifting priorities and deadlines; ensuring meeting agendas, materials and logistics are professional and prepared; managing logistics associated with business travel and reimbursement of expenses. Assists with special projects for donor stewardship communications, generating and analyzing reports, filing systems, requisitions of supplies, and other departmental related functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of administrative assistant experience with exposure to executive level environment preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
