Gray Ink is a strategy studio working in operations and revenue generation with nonprofits and mission driven forprofits. Gray Ink has worked with our clients to raise $41.7 million in non-dilutive capital to support them in meeting their revenue and impact goals. 

We have worked with governments, nonprofits, and social impact companies to develop compelling operational and revenue strategies grounded in data and research. While we work across a number of industries, we specialize in economic development including both entrepreneurial support and workforce development. In 2020, despite the pandemic our retainer clients saw an average budget growth of 74.4% with our services bringing an average return on investment of 1,224%.
