We currently work with many of the biggest Democratic pollsters, marketing agencies, advocacy groups, campaigns and labor unions in the country.
We give our customers the power to persuade more people by tailoring their messages to match each audience member’s values. We help customers harness the latest persuasion science to create messaging that’s twice as persuasive. We do this by predicting which personality traits and values are most important to each individual.

About the Position
As Research Strategist, you will lead client relationships, advise on research design, and analyze data, with a focus on supporting Grow Progress’s complex commercial client needs. This role will report to the Director of Research Strategy, and will work cross-functionally with our Data Science, Account Management, Project Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
While this position requires familiarity with statistics and research methodology, it is not a technical position.

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly salary (depending on experience), plus equity. Benefits include a 100% paid company health plan with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible PTO plan, and a 401(k) with employer matching. Staff are also offered annual stipends for professional development, wellness, $1,300 annual work from home resources, and access to Carrot insurance among other benefits.
