What you will do
As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a central role in our work by leading and managing client engagements. You will provide strategic guidance to our clients, helping them solve their most pressing problems with creative and results-driven solutions.

Who you are
You are passionate about social change and helping social impact and public sector clients maximize their impact. You have at least five years of professional work experience, including one year of direct managerial experience in consulting or a related field.

The salary range for Manager/Senior Manager role is $95,000 – 165,000 with the potential for an annual performance-based bonus. We will assess the specific title and level of entry during the interview and assessment process. Our salary structure is designed to be in line with that of social impact organizations, reflecting our dedication to working with mission-driven organizations. Our work and culture are distinct from other management consultancies that work with private sector clients.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, including in-person client meetings and some travel. We currently require in-office presence at our office in Manhattan a minimum of twice a week.
