Partner Onboarding Manager

Civicom Aid is a non-profit transforming communities across Africa. We work to improve access to education, healthcare, clean water, and sustainable farming, fostering self-reliance and breaking the cycle of poverty in rural, slum, and dryland regions.

We are seeking remote Partner Onboarding Lead to join our team and drive impactful partnerships

Partner Onboarding Lead Roles.

Role 1: Remotely research and identify potential partners, including foundations, institutions, government agencies, religious organizations, companies, individuals, fundraisers, and others.

Role 2: Successfully negotiate and close partnership deal(s) with Civicom Aid in key areas like education, healthcare, clean water, or sustainable farming, driving meaningful change within marginalized communities.

Deliverables: Secure at least one impactful partnership resulting in the acquisition of one or more of the following:

1. valuable in-kind donations (e.g., computers, projectors),
2. significant financial support (through fundraising or direct donations),
3. dedicated team of volunteers to directly support the project's success.

Note: We will discuss details via zoom meeting.
