Board Member Recruitment: Lean In Project VA

Lean In Project VA (Lean In Project) is a hyper-local non-profit dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA+ individuals to achieve their goals and lead confidently. Lean In Project, based in Virginia, serves the counties of Halifax, Mecklenburg, Brunswick, and Charlotte with additional regional and state-wide focus. We prioritize creating a more equitable community by providing support, resources, and crisis intervention to LGBTQIA+ individuals. Our initiatives include mentorship programs, leadership development, advocacy for equitable LGBTQIA+ policies, and community allyship events. We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our Board of Directors to help guide our strategic vision, support our mission, and drive impactful change. Board members will play a crucial role in shaping our programs, enhancing our outreach, and ensuring the sustainability of our efforts to advance LGBTQIA+ equity.
