Are you passionate about making a difference through strategic marketing and social media engagement? Etiquette with Us is looking for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to help elevate our nonprofit’s mission of empowering young adults with the skills and etiquette needed for corporate success.

This is a volunteer role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in nonprofit marketing, build valuable connections, and help shape the future of young professionals.

Responsibilities

🔹 Develop a Social Media Plan

• Increase visibility across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Share impactful stories, behind-the-scenes content, and testimonials
• Organize live Q&A sessions, fundraising appeals, and community engagement
• Promote events such as webinars, fundraisers, and workshops
• Post 3-5 times per week using a friendly, informative, and community-driven tone

🔹 Create Engaging Marketing Materials

• Social Media Graphics: Eye-catching designs for awareness campaigns
• Flyers & Brochures: Professionally crafted to encourage program participation
• Presentation Slides: Branded slides for workshops & outreach events
• Email Templates: Engaging donor outreach, newsletters, and invitations
• Infographics: Visually compelling impact stories and CTAs

🔹 Expand Networking & Partnerships

• Identify & connect with nonprofits, community leaders, and corporate partners
• Engage with organizations via social media & email outreach
• Collaborate on events, resource-sharing, and cross-promotion
• Maintain engagement through newsletters, blogs, and appreciation initiatives

Ideal Candidate

✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms & marketing strategies

✅ Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus

✅ Excellent communication & networking skills

✅ Passion for nonprofit work & community engagement

💡 Time Commitment: Flexible, estimated 5-10 hours per week

📍 Remote Position – Work from Anywhere!
