SELF-LOVEapalooza 2025 on National Self-Love Day February 13 is seeking a Volunteer Project Manager / Production Manager to collaborate with our CEO on the planning and execution of our groundbreaking virtual celebration! This event will bring together performers, creators, and audiences from around the globe to honor self-love, creativity, and resilience.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Production: Lead and coordinate all aspects of the festival’s production, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Team Leadership: Manage a dynamic team of volunteers, including talent scouts, event producers, moderators, and more.
• Timeline & Deliverables: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact, liaising between creative, technical, and administrative teams.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related challenges to ensure a seamless festival experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in event production or project management (virtual event experience a plus).
• Experience with process improvement a plus (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, TQM, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for creativity, community building, and the mission of self-love and empowerment.
• Availability to dedicate 5-10 hours per week leading up to the event, with additional time on February 13.
