WOMEN OF COLOR art show, FREE to send one piece of your art
as a woman of color artist, to our gallery to be included in this art show.

Use our email address to request guidelines to enter (or to volunteer) the show.
(We need volunteers for the reception, and while the show is on display to help with workshops.)
Art must be fully display ready with a wire on the back for hanging.
Your piece must be within the size limitation: under 32 inches in each direction.
This must be an original work by yourself. Please sign your art on the front.
Women of Color art show will be on display in the gallery, 1957 S. Spaulding Ave.
All art should be picked up or arrangements made for it to be returned.
We are especially interested in art that is about social justice issues.

Cómo aplicar
Volunteers can help in a variety of ways: with graphic design of flyers, brochures, or remotely publicize the show, can distribute flyers, can recruit artists , can plan the reception for the show, staff the reception, write an article about show, keep artists informed via email, inform public via social media, and post on all sites. Volunteer can help curator with installation of art show.
Volunteers can begin any month. Volunteers can start now or next month!
Artists who want to be included in the show should send images & write to contact@urbanartretreat.com
