English Together is starting up its fall volunteer activities.English Together is a non-profit organization that leverages research on language learning and the rich history of student volunteering at Stanford to provide English language “practice partners" for the adult, Spanish-speaking workforce in the Bay Area. No Spanish is needed. We work with workers who want to improve their lives and their existing English.

What's the reach of the program?San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties (We work with--San Mateo-Foster City Schools, Eastside College Preparatory Academy (East Palo Alto) and Familias Unidas (Redwood City).
What is the commitment? - 10 weeks, one hour per week
Key Details for Cycle 9:
- Start Date: Monday September 9th or Tuesday September 10th, 2024
- Duration: 10 weeks total (1 training session, 8 coaching sessions & 1 wrap up/makeup session)
- Meeting Days: Mondays or Tuesdays (depending on what works for you)
- Time: 7-8pm PT
- Venue: Zoom
