TWST4Girls is seeking passionate and dedicated female professionals in Baytown, TX, to join our team as mentors. As a TWST4Girls Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young girls by providing guidance, support, and encouragement. Our mentorship program focuses on empowering young women to reach their full potential through personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a positive role model and mentor to young girls.
- Provide guidance, support, and encouragement in various aspects of their lives.
- Facilitate monthly mentoring sessions and activities.
- Help mentees set and achieve personal and academic goals.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for open communication.
- Collaborate with the TWST4Girls team to enhance the mentorship program.
