As a Social Media Volunteer, you will help us manage and grow our online presence across various platforms, engaging with our community and spreading the word about our programs and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize our outreach.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
• Strong communication and writing skills.
