Make an impact in your community by joining the Red Cross as a Disaster Team Member in the Washington, DC and DNV area! Your role will be crucial in providing immediate relief during emergencies and natural disasters, as well as helping prevent future crises.
As a Disaster Team Member, you will:
- Respond to disasters like home fires, floods, and storms, offering critical support and resources.
- Assist in relief efforts, such as distributing supplies, setting up shelters, and providing comfort to those affected.
- Participate in preparedness and prevention initiatives, helping reduce the impact of potential disasters.
What You’ll Gain:

- Hands-on experience working alongside experienced Red Cross volunteers and staff.
