Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program.
• Design and oversee onboarding content and training processes for new mentors and mentees to ensure a seamless experience.
• Strategize and optimize the digital mentorship platform by leveraging feedback and conducting rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other key stakeholders to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum.
• Manage a team of Program Strategists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve program objectives.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, measure impact, and develop actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of our mentorship initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about mentorship and dedicated to inspiring the next generation of emerging adults.
• Proven experience in program development, business strategy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a mentorship or leadership role is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
