Seeking volunteer cooks in Malden, MA area for Community Cooks

Calling all Malden volunteers!

Community Cooks is looking for new volunteers to cook ONE DISH, ONCE A MONTH to help nourish neighbors in need. Need volunteers ASAP to each cook one dish that serves 10-12 people. Volunteers should be able to deliver to Bread of Life (54 Eastern Avenue, Malden, MA 02148) on the first Tuesday of the month between 9am-5pm or the day before between 9am-5pm.

Bread of Life is a nonprofit, nondenominational, faith-based organization based in Malden, MA that utilizes hundreds of volunteers and dozens of partner organizations to provide over 1.5 million pounds of free food a year to economically struggling and disadvantaged families, individuals, youth, and senior citizens in the North metro Boston area. Community Cooks provides meals for Bread of Life that are distributed to families sheltered in motels.
