Seeking a Volunteer Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator for a non-profit organization Colorful Connections Inc.

Colorful Connections, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about vitiligo and supporting those affected, is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator. This role is vital to expanding our reach within the community, creating networks that can lead to more resources, awareness, and support for our mission of eliminating stigmas and fostering inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders
• Plan and coordinate community engagement events, workshops, or awareness campaigns
• Represent Colorful Connections at local events to promote our mission and build relationships
• Develop strategies to engage and involve the community in supporting our programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging and outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or partnership building
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Passionate about advocating for inclusivity and raising awareness about vitiligo
• Comfortable networking and building meaningful connections within diverse communities
