Hey there! It’s Denise from Cibus Mission. Our Youth Urban Farm Program is gearing up to launch and we'd love your help to get it off the ground!
We’re forming a small committee to plan the launch—and we need weekly hands-on volunteers once the program starts. Here’s the dirt:
🌱 How You Can Help:
- Join Zoom planning meetings (before launch) to brainstorm awareness events and logistics.
- Volunteer weekly (2–3 hours/session) to mentor kids ages 8–18 in planting, harvesting, and all things green!
- Spread the word—help us recruit more growers via social media or community chats.
- Ideas on where to find more like minded volunteers like you!
No farming degree required—just enthusiasm! (And yes, background checks are needed for everyone’s safety.)
