SEEKING A VOLUNTEER CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

We are looking for a visionary leader to join as Volunteer Co-Executive Director, working closely with the Executive Director to scale funding, expand partnerships, and transition Theytriarchy into a sustainable, full-time paid team.

This is a unique opportunity to co-lead a growing nonprofit, shape its strategic direction, and build the infrastructure necessary for long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

Scale Funding & Sustainability

• Lead efforts to secure grants, sponsorships, and donations to transition Theytriarchy to a full-time paid team.
• Build and nurture relationships with organizations, corporate partners, and mission-aligned investors.

Build & Manage a Full-Time Team

• Co-lead efforts to transition the organization from volunteer-led to a structured, full-time paid team.
• Design and implement hiring strategies for key leadership, program, and technical roles.
• Foster a strong, mission-driven organizational culture as the team expands.

Work Closely with the Executive Director

• Collaborate on all aspects of strategy, operations, and organizational leadership.
