    OUR VALUES

STRENGTH - We build inner strength by working on ourselves and embodying the ZGiRLS Curriculum™. We are willing to rumble on tough decisions and talk about our emotions, even if it’s uncomfortable.

SPORTS - Every body is an athlete and we appreciate our bodies for what they do.

ENERGY - Our energetic attitudes are contagious and we live with an optimistic and resilient mindset. We are aware of our emotions and how they affect our energy.

BELONGING - We make space for diverse mindsets and backgrounds and actively celebrate one another strengths and differences.

CHALLENGES - We maintain composure through setbacks and look at challenges as opportunities for growth. We choose courage over comfort by facing difficult challenges instead of avoiding them.

TEAM - We communicate what we need and what we’re capable of without judgment. We take ownership for our own progress and how our actions affect the team.
