Grant Writer - Volunteer

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Grant writer with our organization, working on the areas fundraising, social media, and program development.

As a Grant Writer Intern your primary duties will be:

• Develop and manage a resource mobilization plan and also supervise its implementation
• Established a database for donors
• Write concept papers and proposals
• Designing and creating fundraising materials
• Research donors using database and other resources Misc:
• Occasional work to create print materials and online materials
• Help with AIR! blog, Facebook, Twitter, and Website

Qualifications

• Candidates for the position should possess the following qualities or characteristics: • A strong belief in AIR's mission and approach • Experience working with a social change and/or non-profit organization • Personable, great social skills • Strong writer and researcher
