As a first friend to new refugee neighbor(s), you will help orient them to their new home and community. Together, you and your new friend will spend 1 - 2 hours per week exploring Lancaster’s neighborhoods, favorite spots, and local resources that will empower our newest neighbors in building fulfilling lives.
Volunteer opportunity requires an orientation and onboarding process including background checks. If you are interested, please fill out our volunteer application, linked to the volunteer button, and our Community Engagement Facilitator will follow up with next steps.
