Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will play a critical role in the adoption process by

coordinating post-adoption requirements and follow-up with applicants. The role will also assist with the organization’s research, application, and management of grants.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Review spay/neuter assisted applicants
• Send out spay/neuter vouchers to applicants
• Coordinate veterinary appointments between affiliated clinics and applicants
• Take initial deposit payments when necessary
• Research and apply for grants for the organization
• Recruit volunteers to apply for grants through our affiliated platform
• Manage inflow and outflow of current grants
• Send appointment reminders to applicants
