Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Background in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus Skills: Experience with nonprofit volunteer recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit children for the Indelibly Necessary Knowledge (INK) Program.
- Source volunteers for various projects.
- Coordinate with the team to align recruitment efforts with project needs.
