🌍 100% Remote: This position offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely, allowing you to make an impact in your community from the comfort of your own home.💻

​Responsibilities:

📝 Scheduling: Coordination, reception, and scheduling of Welcome Home Baskets / Mattresses between case managers/volunteers via email or text.

*No phone calls necessary*

📊 Spreadsheet Management: Utilize spreadsheets to organize and track the progress of deliveries, ensuring a streamlined process.

🔍 Detail-oriented: Ensure clear and concise communication between case managers, clients, and volunteers. 

🤝 Case Manager and Volunteer Interface: Interact compassionately and professionally with case managers and volunteers - offering assistance throughout the process.

⇨ Confidentiality: Maintains discretion of sensitive correspondence.

Qualifications:

✅ Detail-oriented: A meticulous eye for detail is essential in the coordination of requests and deliveries. 

✅ Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide compassionate assistance to case managers and volunteers.  

✅ Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records.

✅ Empathy: Ability to empathize and connect with individuals experiencing homelessness, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding.
