We are excited to announce a volunteer opportunity for a Study Group Facilitator for the Make Money Your Partner book series. This series focuses on empowering readers to shift their relationship with money, build financial confidence, and create inner peace. As a facilitator, you’ll guide discussions and help participants explore these transformative concepts.

Position Overview

As a Study Group Facilitator for the Make Money Your Partner series, you will lead engaging, thought-provoking discussions that help participants apply the lessons from the books to their own lives. You’ll provide a supportive space for individuals to share their experiences, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of the principles of financial empowerment. Whether virtual or in-person, you will guide these sessions in a way that encourages meaningful conversation and action.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate virtual or in-person study group discussions focused on the Make Money Your Partner book series
• Help participants reflect on key themes, ideas, and takeaways from the book
• Foster an open and respectful space for participants to share personal stories and insights related to their financial journeys
• Ensure all voices are heard and respected during discussions
• Share your own insights and reflections on the book series
• Encourage practical application of the book’s principles to real-life situations
• Create a supportive, non-judgmental environment that promotes financial confidence
• Prepare discussion questions, activities, or reflections in advance to guide the group through the material
• Foster community by encouraging connections among participants
• Promote upcoming study group events via social media and community outreach
• Collaborate with the Wellth Living team to ensure the success of each event
• Act as a global ambassador of Wellth Living

Qualifications

• Passionate about reading, personal development, wellness, and supporting others in their financial journey
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide dynamic discussions
• Comfortable with leading virtual or in-person sessions
• An open-minded and inclusive approach to financial topics, encouraging diverse perspectives
• Ability to engage and inspire others through thoughtful conversation
• Knowledge or interest in the Make Money Your Partner series or similar financial empowerment books is preferred
• Previous experience in group facilitation, coaching or book clubs is a plus, but not required
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
