What is Choice Tracker
Choice Tracker is an online tool and social media presence that teaches people about the impact their state legislators have on abortion rights, and motivates them to take actions in a way that can have real impact.
After seeing a tremendous response to our website choicetracker.org, and educational materials on instagram.com in Pennsylvania, we are expanding to 10 more states in 2024.
We are looking for an individual who can lead our instagram and social media presence in a few key ways: by curating news from our 10 states to share on Stories, and by working with the team to post deeper educational content on the Grid.
Note: There is a lot of room to take ownership and rewrite the role and strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director, but our current strategy is:
Make our IG/FB stories a useful source of abortion legislation news (10-20 minutes, 3-5 times a week)
Build educational content for the grid explaining larger news or legislative updates in our states. (1-3 hours, a few times a month)
Network and Engage with likeminded orgs to spread the word about choicetracker.org
Help educate voters, and counteract the inevitable click bait and misinformation of the upcoming election cycle by creating a verified, fact-based resource to motivate pro-choice voters in your state.
You’ll be working alongside and collaborating with passionate individuals who are leading the effort to expand Choice Tracker's presence in 10 new states.
