    • Provide ongoing support and recognition to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
    • Evaluate volunteer programs, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Represent CLENT Africa at volunteer recruitment events, conferences, and other outreach activities.

    Expected Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentations) and comfortable working with databases or volunteer management software.
    • Reliable internet access and your own computer/laptop.
    • Experience in volunteer management or coordination is a plus, but not required.

How Does the Volunteer Team Work?

    • Volunteer work is done remotely, and we meet once a week to update on the efforts made.
    • The volunteer should use the remaining hours for their activities, working asynchronously and conducting meetings, organizing documents, etc.
    • Potentially, the volunteer may attend events or meetings with partner organizations to strengthen our volunteer network.

    Why Volunteer with Us?

    • Collaborate with a diverse and dedicated team who shares your passion for making a difference.
    • Receive a certificate of contribution after 6 months of service.
    • Expand your professional network and gain experience in the nonprofit sector.

    • If you don't have access to a computer/laptop and the internet.
    • If you can't commit to donating volunteer time for 5 hours per week for the next 6 months-evaluate if you're going through a period of instability before applying.
    • If you don't enjoy organizing and managing people.
