Adoption Foundation Board Member

About Carly's Hope Foundation: Carly's Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing adoption services grants to deserving families. Our mission is to make the adoption process more accessible and affordable, ensuring that every child finds a loving home. As an upstart nonprofit, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors and contribute their expertise to drive the foundation's success.

Responsibilities: As a Board Member, you will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of Carly's Hope Foundation. Responsibilities include:

• Attend Board Meetings: Participate in monthly board meetings to discuss and make decisions on the foundation's initiatives.
• Provide Expertise: Share your experience in nonprofit fundraising, leadership, and/or development to enhance the foundation's capabilities.
• Fundraising Support: Actively participate in fundraising efforts to secure financial support for our adoption services grants.
• Advocacy and Networking: Represent Carly's Hope Foundation in the community, build partnerships, and advocate for our mission.

Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fundraising, leadership, and/or development.
• Passion: A genuine passion for the mission of Carly's Hope Foundation and a commitment to making a positive impact in the adoption community.
• Time Commitment: Minimum availability of at least 2 hours per month to attend board meetings plus additional 2-3 hours to complete action items and support fundraising activities.
