Colorful Connections, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public about vitiligo and supporting those affected, is seeking an organized and proactive Volunteer Coordinator. This role is essential for building and managing a strong volunteer network to support our operations, events, and outreach efforts. Your work will help ensure that our team can effectively distribute tasks and maximize our impact within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers for various events and initiatives
• Maintain accurate volunteer records, including availability, skills, and participation history
• Match volunteers with roles that align with their skills and interests
• Provide training and support to ensure volunteers are equipped for their tasks
• Develop strategies to recognize and retain volunteers, fostering long-term engagement

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in volunteer management, human resources, or event coordination preferred
